QWORKS provides expert testimony on construction management. We have provided testimony in trials and arbitrations. We have evaluated hundreds of projects that developed issues during construction.

With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Paul has constructed, advised, and evaluated over 500 construction projects spanning over many industries and project types.

Paul can help monitor projects in progress or advise on projects that are completed. He has provided expert testimony in trials and arbitrations and has helped US and international projects avoid disputes. Paul can serve on Dispute Resolution Boards, testify, monitor existing projects, or assess buildings.

Paul started out in the field, working at a family contracting business started by his grandfather in the 1930’s. He works closely with his clients to deliver intelligent evaluation to each unique project.
